PIB Fact Check busts fake news - PM Mask Yojana & Rs 50000 to ration card holders

A lot of fake news is all over social media.There is a claim in social media that amidst #Corona Outbreak, a social media message claims free masks are being distributed by Government under 'PM Mask Yojana'. 


A link is provided for placement of orders. The PIB Fact Check has busted this fake news and clearly said, There is no such scheme. This is a fraudulent link. Do not spread such #FakeNews

Another Claim is that Govt has started a scheme named Rashtriya Sikshit Berojgar Yojana to provide relief package of Rs 50000 to all ration card holders. 

In fact PIB Fact Check has busted this myth saying no such scheme has been launched by Govt of India. 

It warned the public to be beware of such fake and fraudulent sites collecting your personal info/fees.
