Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. (GNFC) is India's leading company with ambitious expansion plans. The Company currently has turnover of more than Rs.6.000 Crore for FY-17-18 and is expanding into Neem based FMCG Products. To achieve these targets the Company is looking for result oriented and dynamic professionals on contractual basis for following position.


Consultant (On Contract) - Neem FMCG Vertical - (MM 86)

Incumbent must be a Graduate with Full Time MBA - Marxetirg from recognized / reputed institute / unrversity Post Graduation from IIM-Ahmedabad / Bangalore * Kolkata/ Madras will be preferred.
Experience: Around 25 years in FMCG Sector Out of which at least 7*10 years at| Senior Level.    Remuneration: Commensurate with industry standards.

Vice President/ HOD (On Contract)-Neem Vertical - (MM 87)

Incumbent must be a Graduate with Full Time MBA - Marketing from recogn ?ed / reputed institute / university Post Graduation from IIM-Ahmedabad / Bangalore / Kolkata / Madras / Goa Institute of Management / Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies will be preferred.
Experience: Around 15-17 years in FMCG Sector Out of whicn at least C5 years at Senior Level.    Remuneration: Commensurate with industry standards.

Asst President (On Contract) - Meem FWCG - (MM88)

Incumbent must be a Full Time MBA - Marketing with First Oass from recognized / reputed institute/ university. Experience: Around 05-07 years in FMCG Sector. Remuneration: Commensurate with industry standards.      Age: Around 32 Years

Area Sales Executives (On Contract)-Neem FMCG-(MM90)

incumbent must be a Full Time Graduate in Science / Commerce stream wrth Firs!

Eligibility Criteria, Roles & Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Planning :

  1. Provide Strategic, Operational and financial analysis to formulate possible solutions to grow GNFC Neem Vertical.
  2. Guide market research- primary and secondary to identify the market size, segmentation and target market for GNFC Neem products.
  3. Identify and help in establishing strategic alliance/ tie-ups with suitable channel partners that should result in deeper market penetration and reach for achieving profitable & increased sales growth.
  4. Implement necessary budgetary control system in order to ensure adherence to the financial goals.
  5. Prepare organization structure for Neem Vertical.
  6. Strategize for diversification & expansion opportunity, both in the space being occupied by the company as well as new areas.

Channel / Distribution Management :

  1. Suggest production planning logistic vis-a-vis market demand.
  2. Strategize GNFC Neem distribution network.
  3. Supply chain management

Marketing & Brand Management :

  1. Providing Strategic input for Branding of GNFC Neem products.
  2. Suggest marketing budget allocation and prepare concrete marketing plan for Neem project within the budget.
  3. Conceptualization of brand's online and offline marketing / ads strategy.
  4. Implement Digital marketing / Data Mining/Data Analytics for GNFC Neem products.
  5. Take lead in management of sponsored personals such as influencers, celebrities etc.
 

Vice President / HOD (On Contract) - Neem Vertical (MP-187)

  8. Lead and develop distribution workforce.
  9. Ensure smooth flow of products right from procurement of raw materials, production and supply to distributors/retailers/institutions
  10. Customization of SAP and MIS of GNFC Neem vertical with respect to FMCG industry.
  11. Responsible for topline and bottomline growth for GNFC Neem vertical.
  12. Manage promotional activities of GNFC Neem products both online and offline.
  13. Manage advertisements in print and digital media.

Eligibility Criteria, Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in Branding, Marketing, Handling multiple Retail Outlets and managing Retail business. Experience of Retail Marketing, Branding, Logistics and Supply Chain etc. will be prefered.

Strategy & Business Planning :

  1. Hands on experience for opening new outlets, ensuring pre-opening procedures & Compliances, handling multiple Retail Outlets.
  2. Well versed with Logistic part of operations, so as to maintain optimum stock level at all stores.
  3. Good at Inventory Control.
  4. Having basic knowledge of Profit and Loss accounts of individual retail Stores.
  5. Develop new avenues for expanding, promoting business.
  6. Liaisoning with various govt. Bodies for statutory requirements and institutions for bulk sales and supply.
  7. Ensure excellent customer service.
  8. Develop and retain a team of committed person.
  9. Ensure support to team in execution of in-sales promotion or loyalty programs.
  10. Track analysis and initiate steps to increase footfalls to achive sales targets.
  11. Track and control the store expenses and petty cash accounts to ensure the profitability target of the store.
  12. Background of working in any superstore of retail chain or food - chain will be an added advanage.
  13. Facilitate change management.
  14. Candidate should be bright & Physically Fit.

Strategy & Business Planning :

  1. Follow up of primary sales in a timely manner.
  2. Support distributor on secondary sales.
  3. Act as key point of contact of company with distributors and retailers.
  4. Retention of distributors and retailers.
  5. Troubleshooting of channel distribution issues in the field.
  6. Timely collection of recievables.
  7. Achieve sales target of the defined territory and also guide distrbitutors on achieiving their target.
  8. Obtain and comunicate market intelligence data.
  9. Ensure availablity of the product at all time.
 
 
Candidate must have exposure to SAP system & knowledge of Gujarati will be preferred.
