1. Kangchenjunga (8,586 meters): Located in the Himalayas, Sikkim, it's the third-highest peak in the world and the highest peak in India .
2. Nanda Devi (7,816 meters): Situated in the Garhwal Himalayas, Uttarakhand, it's the second-highest peak in India and a UNESCO World Heritage Site .
3. Kamet (7,756 meters): Located in the Garhwal Himalayas, Uttarakhand, it's the third-highest peak in India .
4. Mamostong Kangri (7,516 meters): Situated in the Karakoram range, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir
5. Rimo I (7,385 meters): Located in the Karakoram range, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir .
6. Hardeol (7,151 meters): Situated in the Pithoragarh district, Uttarakhand .
7. Reo Purgyil (6,816 meters): Located in the Himachal Pradesh, it's also known as Leo Pargial .
8. Mount Trisul (7,120 meters): Situated in the Bageshwar district, Uttarakhand .
9. Mount Shivling (6,543 meters): Located in the Uttarkashi district, Uttarakhand .
10. Annapurna I (8,091 meters): Located in the Himalayas, Nepal/India border, but the Indian part is in the state of Uttarakhand/Sikkim .
